DELIVERY & RETURNS

Royal Mail Standard (UK): £3.95 - All items which are in stock will be delivered by Royal Mail within 5-7 days.

Royal Mail Standard First Class (UK) £5.95 - same day despatch order before 2:30pm (1-2 working days delivery)

Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK Only): £8.95 - £8.95 - Order before 2:30pm for next working day delivery.

All overseas £15.00 - All overseas deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked Service and normally take between 7 and 21 days.

We are currently unable to ship to the EU due to the restrictions and requirements in place due to Brexit. Please call us for more information.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We endeavour to send all our customers emails within 1 working day of order placement confirming stock availability and delivery information.

We try to replenish stocks on a regular basis but anything temporarily out of stock will be delivered within 28 days. Please call our staff (01908 523150) or email us customer-services@jamesalexanderclothing.co.uk for more accurate delivery dates on specific items.

If you have ordered more than one item and part of your order is out of stock then the out of stock item will be sent within 28 days and no extra postage charge will be incurred.

 

EXCHANGE, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS


At James Alexander Clothing we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may wish to change your mind.

If you need to return an unused item you can do so within 90 days for an exchange or refund as required. We will refund the monetary value of the items returned to us, at the price you purchased them, but not the delivery charges.

The goods must be returned in the same condition as received and if possible with all original packaging. James Alexander Clothing reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:

  - The original account details have expired
  - The original account no longer exists

We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 7 working days.  Some banks take a few days to process the credit to your account.

RETURNS PROCEDURE


Please enclose the dispatch note inside the parcel giving the reason for the return, stating whether you require a refund or exchange. Pack the parcel securely reusing the original packaging if possible. Return the package to James Alexander Clothing via the Post Office.
Please obtain a 'Proof of Posting Certificate' from the Post Office.
